DESCRIPTION:Adults 18+ and individuals of all abilities. Chair One Fitness is a fun chair-based dance fitness program which incorporates activities of daily living into cool dance moves. The program can be done from a traditional chair, or wheelchair.  You are sure to get a good work out and have while having fun! \nThursday from 10:00-10:45 am\nSummer 2026 Session: June 4th- July 23rd\nIndividuals may sign up for only one section (section 1 or section 2) of Chair One Fitness to accommodate for our wait list.
