SUMMARY:Inclusive Boxing (Summer 2026)
DESCRIPTION:This program is designed for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and/or Physical Disabilities who are 16+. Participants in this program will engage in non-contact boxing interventions such as heavy bag, focus mitts, and reflex bag. Strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility training will be incorporated throughout for an all encompassing group workout class.\nFriday 12:15-1:00 pm\nSummer Session: June 5th- July 24th
