Drummercise- Drums Alive Section 1

Tuesday from 12:15-1:00 pm at STAR Center.
Winter 2: February 6th- March 27th.

Individuals may only sign up for one section (section 1 or section 2) total of Drummercise to accommodate for our waitlist.

What is Drums Alive?

Drums Alive is a brain and body program that includes physical, mental, emotional, and social components of wellness. Drums Alive allows for expression and creativity through the rhythm of drumming and the passion of movement.

Who can participate in Drums Alive?

Adults (18+) and individuals of all abilities are invited to participate in Drums Alive. Modifications will be made for individuals as necessary. Individuals do not need music experience to participate in this program.

Eligibility and Criteria:

• 18+, co-ed
• Designed for individuals of all abilities
• Participants must be able to follow directions from the lead facilitator. 
  • If participants need assistance with following directions, a support staff must attend and assist the individual at the program.
  • If you need assistance finding support, please contact STAR. We may have 1:1 mentors available. 
• Participants will be held to the STAR Center Code of Conduct
