What is Ease into Movement: Back, Shoulder, and Joint Pain?
Are you experiencing chronic back, shoulder, or joint pain? Do you want to move your body with exercise techniques specific to YOUR needs? Join us at Ease into Movement- where we keep your needs and goals in mind and help to improve your overall quality of life!
This program is designed for individuals with chronic back, shoulder, and/or joint pain and limited mobility. Individuals of all abilities and ages are welcome to participate. Participants in this group exercise program will focus on fundamental fitness techniques and modified exercise for joint and back limitations.

Who can participate in Ease into Movement: Back, Shoulder, and Joint Pain?
This program is designed for individuals with chronic back, shoulder, and/or joint pain and limited mobility. Individuals of all abilities and ages are welcome to participate.
Eligibility and Criteria:
- All ages and abilities are welcome.
- Designed for individuals with chronic back, shoulder, and/or joint pain and limited mobility.
- Individuals in this program must be able to participate independently with direction from the lead facilitator.
- If individuals need 1:1 assistance, a mentor or care partner must attend and assist the individual at the program.
- If you need assistance finding support, please contact STAR. We may have 1:1 mentors available.
- Participants will be held to the STAR Center Code of Conduct.
