The STAR Center offers Financial Assistance for individuals who have financial need and do not have outside funding sources. STAR uses a sliding scale for providing financial assistance based on household income. The first step in requesting financial Assistance is establishing a STAR PORTAL ACCOUNT below. A STAR Staff member will be in contact with you via email to complete a confidential financial assistance application. You may continue to register for classes and programs during the application process once you have completed establishing you STAR Portal Account. You may participate in classes and programs for 2 weeks while your scholarship request is being reviewed.
